In the News Deborah Anker, Asylum pioneer and Harvard Prof, to speak at CARECEN Dinner

CARECEN's 25th Anniversary Dinner will have a very special keynote speaker this year. Deborah Anker, one of the country's leading experts on refugee and asylum law and a professor at Harvard University will speak after receing an award honoring her pioneering work in humanitarian protection for immigrants fleeing persecution.
