The community has had a vast influx of different peoples. The previous administration did a census and they found that 17%-20% of the population was Latino, but did not differentiate between documented and undocumented. He finds the community to be very pragmatic and accepting. As long as the village is making money, everyone is happy, but as soon as something goes wrong he thinks people tend to point the finger at the newest person.
