Ted Hesson
Online Editor

Ted Hesson is the online editor of Long Island Wins, where he reports and edits news, culture, business, and policy pieces related to immigration on Long Island and beyond.

Ted has worked as a staff writer for the magazine division at The Journal News and freelanced for Time Out New York, the Philadelphia City Paper, and The Expeditioner, among other publications.

He earned his master’s degree at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and his bachelor’s degree at Boston College. As an undergraduate, he studied at Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
