- Bulgarian and Turkish Roma Dance
Lotus Fine Arts presents The Black Sea Roma Festival: A Celebration of Gypsy Music from Turkey, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Romania. Funding is provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York, and Trust for Mutual Understanding. Dance workshops will take place from 1:30 to 3 PM. The concert begins at 3 PM and ends at 7 PM.
$10 suggested donation. Rain or shine.
Where: Central Park SummerStage at Rumsey Playfield (enter park at 69th St. and Fifth Ave)
