March for Immigration Reform in D.C.

The Reform Immigration for America campaign will be leading a major immigration reform march in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, March 21, 2010. 

Buses will be leaving from Long Island on March 21, 2010 to join a massive immigrant rights rally in Washington, D.C. The March For America is expected to draw as many as 100,000 marchers from around the United States. More than 70 buses have already been reserved from New York City alone, and 200 more buses are expected from Maryland.

Long Islanders can get on the bus from locations around the region. Buses will be leaving from Riverhead, Brentwood, and Hempstead. Bus fare is only $20 roundtrip. To reserve a spot, contact the Long Island Immigrant Alliance at 631-789-0720.
