ALIPAC, the organizer of anti-immigrant Tea Parties, has called for the arrest of Republican Meg Whitman who is running for Governor of California. Whitman is alleged to have hired an undocumented nanny, Nicky Diaz, only firing her when Whitman decided to run for governor.

William Gheen, the head of the organization said:

“We need equal justice for both the illegal alien and the employer, Nicky Diaz should be charged and deported and Meg Whitman should face the existing penalties under current US law as well. No Amnesty for Whitman or Diaz, the Rule of Law must be restored.”

Gheen attracted national attention last year when he claimed that Sen. Graham supported immigration reform because he is a homosexual. Graham withdrew his support for reform shortly thereafter.
