Candidates for Suffolk County Exec To Debate at Long Island Association in September

The two major candidates for Suffolk County Executive, Democrat Steve Bellone and Republican Angie Carpenter, will debate for the first time in mid-September at the Long Island Association, Newsday’s Rick Brand reports.

The date of the event isn’t finalized, but could be on September 14 or 15.
