Four of the seven teens who took part in a 2008 hate crime attack that killed Ecuadorian immigrant Marcelo Lucero in Patchogue are scheduled to be sentenced today by Justice Robert W. Doyle in Riverhead.

Jose Pacheco, Jordan Dasche, and Christopher Overton have all pleaded guilty to charges related to the attack on Lucero and other attacks against Suffolk County Latinos. After the Lucero killing, the teens told police that they regularly went “beaner hopping,” slang that they used for targeting and attacking Latinos.

Marcelo Lucero’s brother, Joselo, is expected to speak at the sentencing today, according to Newsday.

In April, Jeffrey Conroy was convicted of first-degree manslaughter as a hate crime. Conroy is currently serving a 25-year sentence at the Clinton Correctional facility in Dannemora, New York.

Kevin Shea, another teen who has pleaded guilty in the Lucero killing, is scheduled to appear before Justice Doyle on September 1.

Here’s a breakdown of the charges each teen faces today, courtesy of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office:

Anthony Hartford, 19, pleaded guilty to gang assault in the first degree for the attack on Lucero, and four counts of attempted second degree assault as a hate crime charges for his participation in crimes against four other Hispanic men; for the confrontation with Marcelo Lucero’s friend, Angel Loja, for the attempted assault of Hector Sierra and Petronila Fuentes Diaz on November 8, and for his participation in the beating of Octavio Cordovo of Medford on November 3, 2008.

Christopher Overton, 18, pleaded guilty to gang assault in the first degree (Lucero), fourth degree conspiracy (to commit the crime of gang assault), and two counts of attempted assault second degree as a hate crime (Angel Loja and Hector Sierra).

Jordan Dasch, 19, pleaded guilty to gang assault in the first degree, fourth degree conspiracy, and two counts of attempted assault second degree as a hate crime (Angel Loja and Hector Sierra), second degree assault as a hate crime (Marlon Garcia), fourth degree criminal mischief (Ralph Musco), and attempted assault in the second degree as a hate crime (Petronila Fuentes Diaz).

Jose Pacheco, 19, pleaded guilty last year to first-degree gang assault, fourth-degree conspiracy, and to three counts of second-degree attempted assault as a hate crime (Loja, Sierra, Cordovo).

*I initially included Anthony Hartford as having pleaded guilty to the attack on Lucero. Hartford entered his plea at the sentencing on August 25.
