Entering the third day of jury deliberations in the murder trial of Jeffrey Conroy—who is accused of stabbing and killing Ecuadorian immigrant Marcelo Lucero—the jury requested a read-back of the medical examiner’s testimony, specifically the part of the testimony related to Lucero’s stab wound.

The jury also requested that Judge Doyle reread the definition of “intent.”

If the jury does not reach a verdict today, it’s possible that deliberations could continue on Saturday, at Judge Doyle’s discretion.
