John McCain’s campaign office has attacked the anti-immigrant group ALIPAC. According to Congressional Quarterly. McCain’s spokesman has said that:

the Anti-Defamation League has raised questions about ALI-PAC and complained in 2009 that it “disseminates its message with virulent, anti-immigrant rhetoric.”

“It is astounding that [a candidate] would today accept the endorsement of a group that the Anti-Defamation League reports is backed by white supremacists, neo-Nazis and anti-Semites,” McCain campaign spokesman Brian Rogers said in a statement. “[a candidate] should immediately disavow this group’s support.”
