Jury Asks for Difference Between Attempted Assault Charges

The jury in the trial of Jeffrey Conroy requested the definitions of second- and third-degree attempted assault.

They did not ask for either charge as a hate crime, although Conroy has been charged with attempted assault as a hate crime.

I’m not sure about the difference between the two charges, but I’ll look into it.
