If you haven’t seen it already, Long Island Wins reporting fellow Eliana López published an excellent piece last week about a Latino marine who converted to Islam while serving in Iraq. In addition to the print story, Eliana produced a first-rate audio slideshow based on interviews with the profile subject.

On August 19, that story was also published in the religion section of The Huffington Post, and has since generated dozens of comments.
