New York State Immigrant Action Fund Working for a Better Life for New York Immigrants

I recently joined the board of directors of a new immigrant rights organization, the New York State Immigrant Action Fund. Immigrant Action hopes to mobilize the grassroots to advocate for laws and policies that empower immigrants and their communities. The power of New Yorkers will be used to communicate with elected officials and the public in support of fair and humane immigration policies and to push for reforms at the national, state, and local levels.
