Palin, Obama, and the Constitution

The media has been focusing on Sarah Palin’s revelation of Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer’s transgendering, but the real news is the former frigid gov’s assault on the Constitution. Palin attacked Obama because the Justice Department filed suit against Arizona alleging that SB 1070 violated the Constitution’s supremacy clause. A federal judge said that, yes, indeed it did. So the Justice Department was standing up for the Constitution, which Palin apparently wishes they hadn’t.

By the way, anybody notice the irony of Palin using the Spanish word for “balls”? Is it okay for a “family values” kinda pol to use vulgarity as long as it is in the language of the people she wants to racially profile? What is Spanish for “cocky”?
