Photos From the Senate Vote on the DREAM Act

During the past few weeks, as the House of Representatives and the Senate voted on the DREAM Act, supporters of the bill flooded the nation’s capital, intent on making their voices heard.

Although the legislation, which would have created a pathway to citizenship for young undocumented immigrants who attend college or serve in the military, didn’t pass, those “Dreamers” in Washington will undoubtedly remember the intensity felt on the Senate floor this December.
