New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez has introduced a comprehensive immigration reform bill in the Senate. As I said yesterday, the bill will not be acted on before the November elections, and may not be acted on at all this year. But it sets out a marker for reform supporters in Congress that can be worked on in the future.
When I have a chance to read the bill, or at least parts of it, I’ll provide analysis. Stay tuned.
