St. Paul Mayor Bans Travel to Arizona

The mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, made her city the second in the country to ban city workers on official business from traveling to Arizona. San Francisco was the first. Los Angeles, Washington, and other cities are considering similar bans in response to the new law.
