Prosecutors have released names and other info on the three teens charged in the death of Luis Ramirez. The three have been identified as follows in local reports:
“Brandon J. Piekarsky, 16, and Colin J. Walsh, 17, were charged as adults with homicide and ethnic intimidation in the July 12 attack on Luis Ramirez.
A third teen, Derrick M. Donchak, 18, was charged with aggravated assault, ethnic intimidation and other offenses. All are from Shenandoah, where the attack occurred”.

According to authorities, three other teens may have been involved in the attack, at least one of whom may be charged shortly.

Note From Editor:
A number of comments posted were deleted that employed racist language against Latinos and Whites. Others threatened violence. Such posts will not be tolerated.
Vigorous debate is entirely appropriate but these posts clearly exceeded acceptable standards.
I have kept up several responses to these posts, and they can only be understood as responses. Don’t assume these responses are fantasies, the posts they are replying to were here, but have been deleted.
