The Immigration 101 series was started to increase awareness of immigration issues. It tracks my course in immigration law at Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead. It does not attempt to recreate lectures I give in the course, but instead it uses the structure of the course to organize the often disparate-seeming elements of immigration law. The series is informed by my students' comments and by the work of my deeply valued teaching partner Lauris Wren.
